How to Order

Either click the link to the PDF form and print it out, or go to the web order section to order online.
Complete all sections of the form, clearly stating the date and time of your function, then fax (printout) or submit (web order).
Whichever method you choose to submit your order, please phone to confirm it has been received on 020 7633 0099.

Working lunch orders must be placed before 3pm the day before. Orders placed and accepted after this time may incur a 20% rush charge
All other orders must be placed before 3pm, 72 hours before delivery. Orders placed and accepted after this time may incur a 20% rush charge. Orders for a Monday would need to be placed by 3pm Thursday.
Please note that any orders placed after 3.00pm, 72 hours before delivery, may be subject to change. A chefs choice menu may need to replace your particular menu choice and delivery times may need to be altered to suit the delivery schedule. On rare occasions, we may not be able to fulfill your order. This also includes orders placed after 3.00pm on a Thursday. Please call for further details
Please give 48 hours written notice for cancellations, or the full price may be charged. (Canapés cancellations require 72 hours notice).
There is a minimum order amount of £50, otherwise a £10 administration fee will be charged'.
Orders placed after our office is closed cannot be guaranteed for the following day.
Please contact our office in the morning (from 8.00) and we will advise order availability and delivery time.
Any orders that fall out of our catchment area (outside Central London), there is a minimum order and a delivery charge.
All orders are subject to a £5 fuel surcharge
Our normal office hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5.30pm. However, in an emergency our Managing Director - Lee Skinner can be contacted on 07921 070 145
Samples
We would be pleased to provide samples of our food, our representative will accompany all samples to discuss your requirements in full. Samples are for a maximum of 4 people.Weekend charge
Weekend charge is £60.00 for Saturdays and Sundays including bank holidays.VAT
Invoices will be subject to value added tax at the prevailing rate.Payment terms
Please contact the office regarding payment if you are using London's Flying Chef for the first time.Our terms of business are 14 days from the date of invoice. We accept all major credit cards. Please note: a 4% surcharge will be added to all Credit Card payments.
London's Flying Chef reserves the right to charge 4% above RBS base rate on overdue invoices. Customer queries must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the delivery.
Credit terms are only available to clients who order on a regular basis and will be subject to satisfactory credit references and maintenance of the account within the payment term. As part of our credit terms, all new clients must provide credit card details to be held as security and we reserve the right to take any outstanding payments from this card without further notice.
Please note that our products may contain nuts or nut traces.
