Established in 1811 by Pierre Nicolas-Marie Perrier. Made with a 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay blend, the champagne has a mid golden hue and a deliciously creamy palate with a good balance of fresh acidity.

Dona Florencia Chardonnay Sauvignon, Central Valley, Chile, 2008 - £9.95 *
Pale yellow colour with green reflections. Fresh nose with pineapple, mango and mandarin orange emphasised. Juicy on the palate with a fresh acidity and medium structure. Pear juice, honeydew melon and white peach appear. Attractive texture and good balance.

Dona Florencia Cabernet Merlot, Central Valley, Chile, 2008 - £9.95 *
Intense fruity nose with marked notes of red cherries, prune, blackberry and a slight spicy note. Clean on the palate, a medium structure with well rounded tannins and some creamy finish. Hints of caramel and red fruits with a touch of chocolate. A soft wine with gentle tannins giving a juicy and well-rounded red.

Macon-Villages, Jean Curial. 2006 - £18.85 *
The Maconnais is the place for good value white Burgundy. Clean and dry with good apple fruit the wine also has a touch of sweet honey which makes good Macon so easy to drink and a great all rounder.

Established in the early 19th Century by Carlos Adolfo del Pedregal who planted the first vineyards in 1825. Intense colour and vivid bramble aromas; the palate displays soft ripe fruit flavours with a zip of acidity to balance the finish.

Lashings of plum and blackcurrent fruit with hints of cassis, liquorice and warm toasty oak. This is a delicious medium to full bodied wine with a long elegant flavoursome finish.
